Terrible customer experience!!!

Disgusting customer treatment by builder's warehouse Northgate which subject customers to humiliation, shopping there is completely unpleasant. Why stamp my slip and still subject me to disrespectful guards who want to forcefully search my trolley??? If customers ***** from you ...don't paint every customers with the same brush or generalise, I'm not part of a basket. You call a manager without even having interest in why a customer is upset she takes a side of a very sarcastic security guard. Just fyi, your guys in the paint section so friendly and should be running the store!!!

Listen to your customers or you will also be trending on Twitter and if this is the American way of doing things?? The time to make you trend couldn't have been perfect!!!
