Terrible Builders Warehouse!

I purchase a Wheelbarrow Wheel online for collection. Despite having stock of this item at other Builders *****houses they insisted on canceling the order it's been 7 working days and they still didn't refund me. At the time when I select the item for Delivery the Delivery cost was R10 000.00 they rectified that now after I send they a email regarding it, it's now R130.00 Delivery. ALL MY OTHER EMAIL DOESN'T GET ANSWERED BACK, YOU JUST GET A REFERENCE NUMBER!
