Terrible attitude

I went to Builders Warehouse Newmarket mall, only to get a terrible service from a lady refilling gas. I took my 3kg cylinder to be refilled but did not know I should remove the top nuzzle to allow for refill. The lady told me to remove that or go back, I asked. Her to. Show me how to open the cap, she said she does not know, I struggled she looked at me, I told her I’m gonna report the matter, she responded that I can go ahead.
