Terrible and horrific service recieved

Protea Glen Builders Store.

Pathetic and horrible place to shop.

So here I am, offered to take my mom there to buy cement... Common cement. We get there and there are no prices on the shelves. Ask a guy working in that isle and he tells me to carry the cement and go ask by the till. I have 3 types cements I need... So I should carry that to the till just to get a price... Then I walk up to the fron t desk and ask for the manager who takes 10 minutes to show face... And he knows the prices OK but cannot respond to why there are no prices on the shelves. Then I pay for the cements and wait for a good 1 hour for the cements to be carried on a trolley to my vehicle. I have never experienced such a terrible shopping time. My slip was tossed from one person to another who toosedd it to the next and the other and so forth until it landed by cashier who eventually kept it by her til and Co tinued with business as normal while I waited. What nonsense is this. So eventually manager comes from outside and is given my slip to attend to... I follow him from behind and on his way he takes another furious customers slip and starts assisting him. So I get there and ask him what's happening with my order and he says he's assisting someone else... How do u not acknowledge your customers sra ding in front of you. You are assisting me but don't even know because you ddnt even care to see the customer waiti g for a good 1 hour to be assisted. Eventually I get assisted after running after, to be assisted as if I'm getting the goods on credit. Builderd in general is a pathetic store to shop at but the one in protea takes the trophy. People who desperately need jobs are sitting at home due to the pandemic and the countries lack of 'management and the people who are unemployed don't care a bit whatsoever. I manage a bigger warehouse that this mini builders and I mustqy for a woman... Im super proud of myself. My customers are forever happy and always come back.. As for this store never will I visit again. It's not everyone that stays in the area that is a nobody... This is how people at builder are treating their customers... We are not desperate but bought there because it's close to home. I work in Norwood and either shop at Norwood or Greenstone but their service is just as bad. So builders HR needs to up their grade when employing staff. Terrible and horrific service received at protea glen builder... Thats the one by Boulevard road opposite protea Boulevard mall.
