Terrible and costly service from builders

I recently purchased cupboard materials from builders.... they messed up my order (delivery times, bad workmanship) in all this my client now charged me penalties and due to builders i have lost out financially on the project itself as well as i had to incure unnecessary costs of overtime and materials to complete the job. Builders shows no interest in my complaint.
