Terrible after sale servuce

Bought a braai. Had it 13 days. Used it twice. *****s and other parts have started rusting. Refused to refund because the braai was used outdoors and burnt. I asked where and how they would like me to use a braai if not outdoors and using fire to burn as one does with a braai. They need to contact the supplier.
