Tap Leaking

I HAVE complained of a tap leaking now 9 months ago , then re complained in October 2020 , we now in march 2021 , surely it cant take your maintenance team 1 year to come out to me .. My mum even spoke to your manager (Tsepo) in the boksburg branch but still no assistance , can anyone help me , the tap has a 10yr warranty and was only put in November 2019
