TAKING PATHETIC SERVICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL

I've placed an online order on 18/06/2020 and the delivery date was confirmed for 07/07/2020. On 22/06/2020 BW informed me that the order will only be delivered on 10/07/2020. No problem with that. However, since yesterday I'm trying to get a status update on the delivery.

After spending hours over the span of 2 days trying to phone or "live chat", I was informed on 10/07/2020 that the order will only be delivered on 17/07/2020. The reason? The supplier cannot deliver because they don't have a permit for cross border deliveries!!???

I eventually managed to speak to the store manager who promised to follow up on the issue and call me back. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I promised my client installation on 11/07/2020 but thanks to BW I now have to deal with a furious client.

PATHETIC!!! I will not buy a single thing from BW ever again!!
