Take down the Builders Warehouse online website

Extremely disappointed at the level of service from Builders Warehouse. This past Saturday I purchased a gas heater that was supposedly on special online, made payment and delivery was set for yesterday, only to get called by Builders Warehouse Alberton yesterday and told that the heater I purchased is out of stock I am in a different country, why did you process the payment knowing very well that the gas heater is out of stock??? Builders Warehouse was one of the brand's I trusted, but not anymore. I swear no one in my entire family is buying from your stores ever again and I will make sure no one in my circle does either. Such poor service. NOT HAPPY.
