Swartland door faulty lock, not opening

Hello all, again still my front door lock not sorted as promised by Builders express worcester and Swartland the manufacturer of the door, I have re8a called from Joshua from Builders just after my add and the next day from the lady which I didn't take her name down from swartland promising that my door will be fix with few days till today.... I have a grandmother who is in wheelchair and can9use the back door at all, now she is stacked in the house due the swartland door that doesn't wanna open at all, what if the house could be in fire how will we get her out of the house??

Please south African lets make this various as no one is helping me in this case I am so hurt and disappointed with this two companies, which I have spent lot of money to buy the bigger door that is now s****...
