Supplier out of stock

We ordered an item via Builders Warehouse online, the items were both picked and a notification was sent out for pickup at the store. But when we got to the store, they told us they have no stock and are still waiting for stock from their supplier. A week later and we are still waiting. This is some of the worst service ever experienced.
