Superb service

<p>Bought a patio set and paint from Builders Warehouse, Kempton Park. They sent me an sms on 18 may 2017 informing me that they would deliver on 19 May 2017. A I was going away for the weekend I phoned them to request that they deliver before 12 noon. The person that took the call in Despacth promised to get back to me which he never did. I phoned early on the 19th asking what is happening and was informed that the delivery would only take place at 13:30 or that I would then have to wait until the Monday. The lady in despatch, Lena, however contacted her manager and when I phoned to complain the manager, Mrs Sonto, already gave instructions to reroute another vehicle and that the delivery could be done before before 12 noon. I received the delivery just after 9:30! These people really know the meaning of "customer service"!!</p>
