SUPER *** service from BUILDERS WAREHOUSE

I have had *** service from Builders Warehouse Constantiaberg. I ordered some lights online and they are two weeks late on delivering them. I have phoned them more than 8 times, NO ONE calls me back even though they promise to, NO ONE knows what is going on. I phone back AGAIN only to hear that the 'paperwork' says that the package 'has been delivered' to me. I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. Thereafter they tell me, no the package NEVER WENT OUT for delivery in the first place, I must come and fetch it myself. Honestly, these people. I am just so disappointed in their business communication, service and ethics. Still don't have my lights. SUPER ***
