Such Misspelling!!??!!

Today I went to Builders Warehouse to buy a 6-seater bench. I had to get a royalty card first. I handed the lady my ID card to register me. I was so shocked when I went to the teller to pay - my name was spelled wrong, my surname was spelled wrong. Really? The option was to do another one with a different email address, Noooooo, I don't have another email address. Ok, we had to send an email to somewhere for them to correct the details. How do you do that holding my ID card in your hand?. Ok, for now, going to purchase at Builders will mean swallowing wrong details of my names until such time IT fixes my details. 😔 😢 😭 😿 😢
