Substandard concrete washtub legs

I purchased a concrete washtub with legs on 28/01/2015 from Builders Warehouse, Durban. This was delivered the next day and on 2/2/2015 my builder was installing the washtub. As soon as the tub was placed on the legs, the legs broke into 3 pieces each. I called the local branch and no legs were available. My builder improvised and bought bricks to build legs. Sanjay Dukhi called me back that afternoon and I emailed him pics of the broken legs. He said he would get in touch with the supplier and let me know re a partial refund. I have not heard from him as yet.
