Stuff dont care attitude

Yesterday we went to builders for an exterior door and a chandelier, first we went for the light, there was on one there , my husband went to call a lady and she said Tsepho was on tea , we waited and waited because they said the stock was in the back , than another guy came after half an hour he brought the light and my husband checked it, one light was broken so that sales guy said that was the last one, than my husband asked to have just the one that is broken from the display chandelia , that sales guy said the electrical guy needs to do that so we waited to tsepho another 20 minutes. My husband went to call the manager something Reddy , he had a dont care attitude because he was in the toilet when they announced for him. he didnt bother much and than he called tshepo, remember we waited for an hour now, than we tell tshepo to give us that one light than he says to take that display light is going to be alot of work so you have to wait another 20 minutes than I can do it. I WAS TO A POINT OF SCEAMING NOW BUT ALL I DID was said you wasted my time and I will never come here again and left . builders lost R5000 yesterday and my husbands company buys suppliers every week and send thousands on all so again builders lost out on about R100000 PLUS! Chamberlain will now be getting all business and they right next door! I already posted on facebook with that guys picture and getting people to share this story and hope it goes viral!
