Struggling to get my money back
I Have a builders account with RCS which I overpaid. I am however unable to get my money back. I have done exactly what they advised me to do but I have not received my money back nor any correspondence regarding the matter. When payment is due there however is NO problem with phones or correspondence. All I want is my money back and the account to be closed as the service is really bad. <br> <br>
