Store closed at midday

I went to the store to get paint and electrical cable only to find they were closed from midday for stock take. They would only open next day. I live far away and have to spend R150 on petrol to come in again on another day as a result. No notice was given the previous week about the stock take. Stock take should be done after hours so that we are not inconvenienced. I want my petrol costs refunded.
