Stocked confirmed...50 minute drive to store and no stoc****

I went to Builders in Tokai looking for the Alva cylinder top heater, The guy there was very helpful he checked the system he checked the other branches and found that Table View had 3 in stock.

The guy called the Table View branch spoke to a guy of the name Zweli I think. He asked Zweli about the heater and Zweli confirmed he has the stock, the guy from tokai asked him do you have the physical stock infront of you, Zweli confirmed yes, we then requested that he keeps one for me so that I can come and collect it, it was confirmed he kept it aside.

I drove all the way to Table View branch I got hold of Zweli and he didnt know what I was speaking about. I then explained to him that Tokai branch called, I explained to him and he went to check. He came back and told me there is no stock even though the system showed 3 and he confirmed to the guy at tokai he has the stock.

I have just wasted my entire afternoon driving to Table View for nothing on this fathers day. I was to upset to speak to the manager.

Zweli has offered to order more and call me when it arrived but thats not the point. I wasted so much time, I drove all the this is time that I will never get back.
