Still waiting on refund on no stock item
I hate to complain on social media but I placed an online order for some wall cladding which was in stock. They never delivered and when I queried they said the item is no longer in stock. I then asked for a refund and had to fill in a form and send all my documents. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I have still not received my refund.
