Still waiting on refund from 25 Feb 2016

I was at witbank branch on the 25th of Feb 2016. When I got to the pay point to pay my goods they swiped my card. I immediately got the sms that the money was payed, according to the system it did not went trough. I had to swipe again and again it went trough. They told me the reversal will be done in 2 working days. Needless to say I am stil waiting for the reversal. Yesterday after a big fight I was told to collect my refund at the store. I went to the store yesterday afternoon only to get a new excuse. The apparently payed the amount in to my bank account. I AM STILL WAITING. NO REFUND DONE!!! VERY VERY VERY POOR NO TRUST IN BUILDERS ANYMORE.
