Still waiting for my order 3 weeks later with no resolution

Ordered an outside umbrella on the 8th of November from Somerset West branch for delivery, and heard nothing until 3 weeks later after I spent over a week chasing them down. No replies to emails, calls not being returned and the phone at the store apparently not getting answered. Finally got called back on the 2nd of December saying the store didn't have stock. They did have stock when I ordered it 3 weeks ago according to the online system, and even if they didn't, they were perfectly happy to take my money regardless it seems. Still no resolution except "we'll get back to you".
