STILL WAITING FOR MY EMERALD GLASS BASIN

On the 12.06.2015 I had visited Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles branch to purchase items for my bathroom as I was doing renovations. The sales person showed me an Emerald Glass Basin valued at R6000, but said that they were having a sale and I could have the basin for R700. I told him that I did not need it as I had specifications for what I needed. after much talk he convinced me that it was a great buy, so I purchased the basin. I did not have space in my bakkie for the item and had workers waiting at my house. After 3 and a half hours waiting for shower equipment,The sales person and manager assured me that I could come back and collect the Emerald Glass Basin, I did tell them that I will be back after a week and it was agreed upon. I went back to Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles after a week only to be told that the item was sold to somebody else!! I explained that I have since bust an entire wall down to create space for MY Emerald Glass Basin and now I need it. Vicky called me today to tell me that I must pay an extra R3000 if I want that specific basin back?<br> i cannot accept that or understand it. its not my mistake that builders don't know how to run a business properly.
