Still waiting for credit/refund

There is obviously something wrong. Their online customer support has downgraded terribly. I'm still waiting on feed back after numerous calls and mails since last year December for a credit to my account for an open sales order 1 of their branches did and did not cancel. I don't even know what its for - they dont know either but yes my credit was app**** to it and I just cant seem to get it reversed. Sent bank statements through proving my payments etc. It would be a very ugly thing of me to name and shame all I dealt with, but taking peoples money without an item or refund is *****? Yes the credit amount is not much but it does belong to me. Your Parow branch cannot benefit from deceiving clients. BW this is my ticket number ***. - Advise to all do not use their online purchasing system - was great before but not worth all the trouble now.
