Still stock issues with the Builders Online Shop

I've now tried using the Builders Online Shop on several occasions, from three different branches, and every single time there's been a problem with the stock at the branch. The site indicates that several items are in stock, but when the time comes to collect the order, the branch doesn't have the items. An extreme example being an item I ordered where the website indicated the branch had several hundred of the item in stock, but the branch employees can't find the items in their storerooms. And they couldn't be bothered to call the customer and tell them there's a problem, you have to go through their call centre first!

I'm going to ask for a refund of my latest order, again, because I needed the items this weekend, not next week when their new stock is supposed to arrive. This is an absolute joke!
