***** your money and don't deliver

I make use of online shopping a lot and this is the fists business that immediately ***** the money out of my credit card without even delivering. With other online businesses the amount will show on my credit card as "Unclear/Pending" until I have signed for the delivery. But Builders first ***** your money an then don't deliver. I placed the order on 11/01/2018 with promised delivery date of 13/01/2018. Phoned them and they said "Sorry no drivers today maybe Monday". Now I must sacrifice a days leave to sit at home and wait for a possible non delivery. The order was place at Gezina branch order no: ********** 008 This is the most ***********, uneducated and ******* business in the world.

Thanks for calling me Suhayfa. As per your explanation, the Builders eCommerce site is about 3 months old and still riddled with teething problems. Please pass my concerns on to your eCommerce developers. Especially the fact that payments are taken without the insurance that the merchandise is available. (I'm sure that this might even be *******) Also the delivery times. Some stores don't deliver on weekends. (you only need a few extra scripting lines in the eCommerce Software to solve this) I will surely give builders online another shot in a few months and see how it goes.
