Stay Away from Builders Warehouse Robindale

I purchased a Trimtech trimmer which stopped working during the warranty period. I dissembled the item, packed the smaller parts back into the box, and had the machine connected to its handle, so I could dissemble instore and return with all the items. After booking the item in at Builders ROBINDALE, I wanted to put the trimmer and handle into the box, I was told that suppliers don't want the box, I must only leave the trimmer. I went on, to point out another trimmer in the area that was still in its box. The staff insisted I must take the box and other parts in it with me. Today the supplier gets back to builders claiming that the machine wasn't being used with its guard, which was in the box. Builders refuses to take accountability for the wrong advise they gave to me, insisting I must pay for repairs. I want a full refund as the machine broke within the warranty period, when I was retuning all parts together, Builder staff decided to break their supplier rules by misinforming me. Builders must refund me for this. Please don't bother buying anything that comes with a warranty from Builders, their Robindale store service is pathetic. I've asked to see the manager on more than 1 occasion, to date the manager is always off or out, wonder who runs this store. Gave my number to their call center, still waiting for a manager to contact me.
