Stay away from Builder's online store!

Stay away from Builder's Warehouse's online store. We placed an online order in December. Not only did they charge a ridiculous R1000 delivery fee, they didn't even deliver all the goods because they apparently didn't have stock. After struggling with them on the phone, they eventually delivered the rest of the order, but the one bedroom pedestal was broken. Its been nearly 3 months of phoning and we still haven't received a replacement for the broken pedestal!!! Pathetic service that amounts to ****************. Stay away!
