STAFF TRAINING SADLY LACKING - STAFF NOT FAMI**** WITH OWN PRODUCTS

Today I went to Builders Warehouse in Sunninghill to purchase a few items. The first was Rafter Hooks, but the salesperson had no idea what this is, and asked me to explain it to her. I unfortunately did not have the time to do so and asked her to call the Manager. The Manager also did not know what a Rafter Hook was. I then went to the gardening dept. to purchase a pruning set which is on a 1-day special. The salesperson was not aware that the product was on special.

I appreciate that you took the time to call me to explain that the item I was looking for has been discontinued and that is why your staff were not fami**** with the product. I also thank you for your suggestion regarding where I could source the product online. Thank you!
