Staff shouting at customers in presence of kids

Had a poor experience over the festive season and was asked to send through formal complaint to ********** but that clearly was ignored, so thought let me share it to a wider audience, needless to say haven't been there since and the sad part is I have a great relationship with most of the staff there as I was a regular customer:

Hi There

Today I received really poor customer service by an employee named Priscilla at the Lambton branch. It is one of my frequent go to stores, but never again. We stood right at the exit and they closed the doors, so we asked them to please open the door as we were parked right out at that particular exit. She just gave us a distasteful look, so we showed her the cellphone and said it's still 2 minutes to closure, please could she unlock the door, the shutters were still open. She responded i too can show you the time and showed us her watch, so I showed her the cell phone again and told her this is GMT time, she started screaming at us I dont want to see your phone, I dont want to see your phone, you are not here to show me the time when I am opening the store. We told her stop screaming that's poor customer service, she screamed "I don't" and about to say "care" with the "c" slipping out and then changed it to "mind", I will open for you. Due to the fact she was literally screaming at us I decided to take it up to management, she continued screaming and then went on to say "you people only know how to complain " which I believe is a ****** remark. The manager came to assist and she continued screaming and refusing to listen to the manager either, she went on to say, if yourll want to complain, I can complain to, she continued screaming and did not allow anyone to speak, not even the manager, who was telling her that's not how you speak to customers. She was so rude, we felt embarrassed in your store with customers and staff staring at us.
