Staff not helpful at all

The staff there are just completely uninterested in assisting customers. I was looking for tile cement and yerr I was taken from pillar to post, it felt like I was attempting to buy autoparts at a fish and chips shop!

Another thing I have noticed the staff like to huddle together and from these 'huddles' you will get all sorts of funny stares and looks from the staff.

Its a shame as it looks like a lot of money has been invested in revamping this facility, but it looks like the staff need revamping too! You have lost me as a customer!
