Staff & customer service can make or break

This is probably the worst Builders in the country. The staff are useless, they are rude and make you feel like you are a nuisance to them. They only greet you because they have to. Floor staff never in the isles to help. I went to the returns department twice and was treated like **** twice. They speak in their own language amongst themselves and do not explain anything to you as the customer. Look at all the other reviews about the same uselessness of the staff. Disgraceful. Luckily Leroy Merlin is in town.
