Spend your money elsewhere

Less than five months ago I carried out a few upgrades on a house and spent 20k at Builders (in Tokai) on various materials. Included was a purchase of six 'motion activated' solar lights. Three have since failed, whilst the first one was replaced, the other two were not. None of them had any physical damage and were simply not working. Attempting to deal with the staff at the returns department was an absolute waste of time and energy.

Note to Builders social media monitors : Do not contact me, this post is simply a warning to potential Builders customers. I am not interested in the standard response to complaints on Hellopeter and the lights that failed are in the dustbin. Builders had the opportunity to retain my business by resolving the problem in store, they were not interested, do not attempt to do so now that you are being 'named and shamed' online.
