Specials not loaded into the system
Hello,<br> Please can you ensure that your specials are loaded into your till system or the special product codes are communicated clearly to staff. This morning I attempted to purchase 3 x Camp Master Briquettes for R100. The till system only had two prices available (R38 each and R40 each) for the two codes on the special notice board. The staff at the store tried in vain to rectify the situation but were helpless as the prices are loaded from head office and not by them. Not a good start to my Saturday :-(
