Southgate Builders Rude Manager

The manager at The Glen gave me a price match on the Addis twin bucket for R99. I however needed more than two as they only had two buckets. I then proceeded to Builders Southgate. The manager went on to tell me that Builders does not participate in such. And refused to sell me the buckets at that price, he sold them to me at R105 which was his sale price. The guy is also very rude.

He also said that the service we receive at other Builders stores will not be the same as the Southgate Builders because it is a small store. How is that my business? Builders is Builders. And it should not be the customers problem that the stores are big or small or are owned by different people.

Pathetic....
