SOOOO IMPRESSED !!!!

I cannot tell you how helpful your guy from the nursery section called Kaarl helped me today. I wish you would send a personal message of THANKS to the management from me. He not only helped me with a broken hose pipe, but also ran around the shop helping me with incorrect codes that I had been given for chains. He is a compliment to Builder's Warehouse, as he is on the ball with everything, intelligent, helpful, sweet and kind. Would not accept a thank you gift from me......which even impressed me more, as in today's world everyone is a taker and never a giver. Well I found the most impressive man I have ever met KAARL.........I just hope I got his name correct from the gardening section at Builder's Warehouse Tokai. I will definitely be back to shop at Builder's with staff like him. THANK YOU......hope he get's appreciated for all his hard work no one sees.
