Sometimes good, other times poor. Wake up!

Builders Warehouse can do better than this! I have sometimes had very good experiences with staff and at other times been snubbed. I sent an email to them asking for information and now, 2 months later, I get a message that the mail was deleted without being read. Not what I expect from them. BTW. Sometimes their "special prices" are still more expensive for the identical item at Checkers.
