Solar flair outdoor Spot light R4500 from Builders

Why are Builders selling products they do not provide support for. I bought 6 of the Solar flair outdoor Spot light for R4500 each from Builders. This was done in good faith that they supporr the products. Now there us no way to replace Batteries nor fix them. This is completely unacceptable service.
