So tired of retail staff awful customer service....

I received the worst service from Builders The Glen. The staff are non existent, when you you do find someone, it feels like they are doing you a favour. Terrible attitude, from the staff to the cashiers. I always thought Games staff were the worst...they fall under the same umbrella as Builders, Makro etc Do they outsource their staff or are they all just terribly trained in customer service? Massmart are making a loss, not a profit...no wonder Game Mall of the South and Alberton are closing down. When Massmart pull out out of SA and all these stores close, who they going to blame? A job in SA today is a privilege, not a right. People should start taking pride and respect in their jobs, and understand what their job is....or stay at home and don't work. So tired of the disgusting service in retail in SA.
