Sms stating delivery and then nothing!!
I placed order on Saturday. Received sms on Sunday telling me "Order Number: *** will be dilivered today“. Nothing was delivered. I then emailed customer care Monday morning. Heard nothing from them and still no delivery. Poor service!

I've checked for you and the expected delivery date is showing as the 14.11.2024.
The store will contact you before the delivery is sent out with the courier to make sure that you are able to receive it.
