Sloppy and unacceptable service

We needed Tub and Tile spray paint so my Husband went to Builders Uitenhage. Asked for the product but was told they don't have any in stock. Well then we went online to check the PE branch and low and behold as per the online data Uitenhage has 4 in stock... So why are we told they're out of stock? I called the call centre, explained my story and was advised that there are indeed 4 in stock as per her information, she advised I'll be transfered to the Uitenhage branch to speak to David. Well I was transfered twice and no one was on the other end of the line.. This is what I call pathetic service... We already have an economy falling apart now basic customer service is also going down the drain.

I'm on my way to the PE branch hoping for better service and I'm almost certain that Builders Uitenhage won't see me again. And that goes for my family and friends coz I'm sure to tell them all.
