Since my last complaint I still have not received any conclusive feedback and my matter not resolved

Since my last complaint I still have not received any conclusive feedback and my matter not resolved. The product was not performing properly and all I wanted was a simple refund. It's been more than a month now for them to do their assessment but this is pathetic I don't want the product repaired I simply want my money back
