SICK AND TIRED

I purchased my goods on Sunday 16 August at Builders' Cosmo city branch. I made a special request for them to deliver on Friday 21 August. On Friday I called to enquire on what time they will be delivering and I was told that it will be in the afternoon BUT they do not have paving bricks. The lady told me she does not know when the bricks will be available and she will get back to me. She never did, at around 4:30pm I called once again to find out the delivery time, I spoke to Steven who promises to deliver first thing on Saturday morning. At midday on the Saturday I decide to go to the store and there I am referred to Tsholofelo who does not even apologise, instead she says she cannot answer for Steven. She then instructs some gentleman to make my delivery same day same time. I waited the whole day and nothing was delivered. I called the store again and Steven apologised for his part and promised to deliver some of the material on Sunday, which he did. He promised to follow-up with the supplier for the bricks and guess what? Yesterday he tells me I will get them on Friday??? Why am I supposed to wait so long to get what i paid for? I want my money back, your service sucks!
