Sibonelo Khumalo impersonating as Area Manager at Secunda Builder Warehouse

I had a problem with the Pullstarter of a brand new Ryobi generator. The staff wanted to exchange the generator for me but the Floor manager did not. Before I knew he is only the floor manager he said that he is the Area manager.

How can someone working in a management position lie to a customer stating that he is the Area manager? This person is commiting ***** because he is impersonating something/someone that he is not

I will never support this store as long as this person is working at Secunda Builders Warehouse, and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience.
