SHUT DOWN THE BUILDERS WAREHOUSE WEBSITE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM

Do not have an online ordering system if you do not process the orders? I made an order on 5 May set for delivery on 7 May. It is now 27 May and nothing. Emails bounce. i sit on hold with customer care for hours. I have not received a single email from builder stating the delivery will be late. Your website needs to be shut down! I also cannot cancel the order online or on the phone as no one answers it. I cannot get my money back!
