Showed empathy

I recently had an experience with the local Table View branch and followed escalation channels because I needed a solution for my challenge. Razaan constantly followed up with me regarding my challenge and was very sincere and empathetic. Nalini also constantly gave me feedback and kept me in the loop as she was going the extra mile and weighing up options for possible solutions. At the end, I could not be assisted BUT one feel like one is a human and were treated as such. I never felt like just a number. Making people feel cared for, evoke worth, listened to and dignified means a lot and that is what we should spread.
