SHOPPING NIGHTMARE

I placed an order on the 30th March. Website advises delivery within 2-4 days. Me having to call them non stop to find out when my order will dispatch, it's now the 5th April already. Their employees WhatsApp me to advise that part of the order is cancelled due to stock. Advises my refund will be in my bank account within 2 days. To find out today that will be in my bank account within 7-14 days. After non stop calls this morning part of the order was delivered but still missing part of the order. The call centre is so unprofessional leave you hanging on hold for 15 minute then drops the line. I call back to be transferred from one point to the other. There is no Supervisor or Manager ever. This is just most disgusting service I have ever had. I will definitely not shop here ever again
