Shopping experience at Builders Warehouse Midrand

I am a regular shopper at Builders and really enjoying the experience at the store whenever i require any maintenance items. I have spent in the region of more than R5k in the store this month alone.

I was at Builders Warehouse in Midrand today and the staff at the paint section of the store are un-interested in assisting me as a customer.

I asked for assistance and was told to wait and someone will assist. I waited 15 minutes with no assistance and was ignored.

The staff in this area of the store, seem more interested in joking and chatting to one another or `hiding' in the back area of the paint section rather than assisting.

I was eventually assisted by an outside Dulux representative.
