Shop Assistant refuses to give a quote!
Builders Warehouse Atterbury Where do you go to a shop and want a quote for some cupboard doors and the salesman virtually refuses to do it for you. When he did attempt, he blamed me for not giving enough information so that was it. And even when you complain to a very helpful manager, the salesman has the audacity to stand and tell the manager he's not interested in doing it as I would not complete all superfluous information which was irrelevant!!!
What a way to loose business...… and I wonder how many others have been treated similarly
