Went into your Sunninghill branch looking for a specific bolt, was sent from pillar to post, four gentlemen in the powertools aisle preferred leaning on the counter and chatting to assisting me, saying they weren't permitted to help me. The single guy working in the nuts and bolts aisle was really busy, so the four lazy chaps just couldn't be ****d. Eventually a lovely man from another aisle assisted me. This attitude of 'it's not our problem' prevails at Builders and it really doesn't make for a good customer experience.
